Step-1 Download codeigniter library for codeigniter official site link is bellow –

Download always latest version.

Download an zip file.

Step-2 Download CodeIgniter Library unzip in Localhost or Server.

Here I am using XAMPP Localhost server Start Apache

Path for unzip library XAMPP>htdocs>

For output open browser and type in URL.

localhost/CodeIgniter-3.1.10/

Your library is setup and properly worked.
